St Cyrus beach

Lovely day here, just a few pics as was dubious about getting sand near my camera!

Nether Kirkyard

Some sweet pics of my kids in this one :) very old site this dates back to 1242.

Tyrebagger Stone Circle

It was a troublesome day... lots of roadworks and I had a flat tyre :( Also had to ask for help to find it but... here it is!

Binghill Stone Circle

Had a look around here in May, lovely little circle :)

The Druid Stones

Near Alford, named locally as the Druid stones these are believed to have once been part of a Stone Cirlce. Only two remain now sadly. Take care here as there are sometimes cows in the field, please talk to the Dairy Farmer, I had a lovely chat with her when I was there and was allowed to leave my car on the farm property.

Old Keig Stone circle

I walked in the wind and rain along the edge of a field, then had to climb a fence to visit this beauty! I've been told it is the largest recumbent stone locally and the photo's don't really show that as there is no real perspective. The recumbent stone was over 5ft tall!

Cowie Kirkyard

Visited in April, beautiful setting and caught the rainbow.
